If you aspire to be a better bible teacher, you might want to check out this conference. If you go, you’ll have practice (and constructive criticism) giving very brief bible studies. Musings on Faith and Psychology 
This is indeed a good thing. I’ve long been strongly influenced by female Christian writers and speakers such as Rebbecca Pippert, Kay Arthur, and Dr. Henrietta Meirs. Perhaps a future biblical influencer will emerge from these conferences, who knows?
